of A Fraudulent Payment Receipt
pretending to be from PayPal
to Liz Collectible Jewelry

Liz Collectible Jewelry has been the victim of an attempt to "phish" information from non-customers who were emailed a Receipt For Payment which was fraudulent. It did not come from PayPal.

If you received this fraudulent email "receipt" please read on:

Please look at the "receipt" again. You're correct that there's been no purchase made from you from Liz Collectible Jewelry.

The "receipt" is a fraudulent mail NOT sent by PayPal.

PayPal never sends Attachments. If you opened the attachment you will see that the link hidden under the link shown does not lead to the genuine PayPal website.

Please do not give out any information at this website if you accessed it. If you do, you give the fraudulent parties access to your personal information.

It appears that Liz Collectible Jewelry website is under attack by a fraudulent entity. Yours is one of many incidents already reported to Liz Collectible Jewelry of a PayPal email claiming to represent a payment to Liz Collectible Jewelry.

PayPal has been informed of this fraudulent action which has also affected countless other websites.

Rest assured that Liz Collectible Jewelry has not received ANY funds from PayPal from YOU.

It is impossible for Liz Collectible Jewelry to charge anyone's PayPal account without authorization from the PayPal account owner.

To further protect yourself please verify that your account has not been charged by anyone else by logging into your PayPal account from your usual PayPal login address and not the link in the fake email.

If you already proceeded to reverse a payment at the login in the fake email you may have given your information to the fraudulent party.

Immediately change all your user and passwords with your PayPal and/or credit card accounts you may have given them.

Please report this incident to PayPal spoof@paypal.com and include a forward of the fake receipt.
