 Dog Collar/Choker, by Napier. Double row of brilliant aqua color oval rhinestones which practically glow in the the dark, center row of smaller clear rhinestones on rhodium finish link setting, 1/2" wide, rhinestone accented adjustment chain, hook marked NAPIER. Adjustable to 14 1/2" top length. Probably from the 1950s. Rhodium finish on back has two tiny scratch marks (2mm each) on one link, otherwise excellent condition throughout.
